Nutshell – praise for art at 4 years old – early direction. Mrs. Greany, Marko Fields, Yoshi – countless other teachers have encouraged, helped and made it clear that you can do this for a living. Post college, Hallmark licensing, amazing peers, art studio life, painting, drawing, sculpting, developing into what has been the collective art I creat today.

Signs and wonder, local language, silent message, impossible to authentically duplicate, unintentional poems on a scrap of glass and metal, a codebook to the city’s secrets, something intimate and essential, to know a city, study it’s signs, glamorous developments of illumination and technology, telling the continuing story of a city, the chatter of the streets, what is said is what isn’t scarily more important than the signs. ideas / testimonials
Articulation is an Art designed by the one whom speaks it.
“Ideas are timid things, in my experience. They come as whispers and you need to hold them in honest regard in order to receive them. Perhaps the idea is as scared as you. Perhaps the idea is as invisible as you may sometimes feel. It may be that the idea is simply mirroring your internal self and is reluctant to settle in a mind that is heavy with uncertainty, and that is repeating ancient mantras of self-doubt. These voices can best be banished by a spirited disobedience, a playful defiance. Disobey the voices by continuing to write. They are a lot less robust than they appear. The idea is closing in.”
